GENERAL INFORMATION
By using this website, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions described on this page. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Thus we encourage you to check this page every time you shop with us. If you don’t accept these terms and conditions, it is impossible for you to use the store and purchase any products offered by us.
Your personal data is processed by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
MAKING AN ORDER
In order to shop at rakhimstore.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method accepted by us (see FORMS OF PAYMENT section). You don’t need to create an account on RAKHIM in order to shop.
By placing an order on the RAKHIM website you conclude the contract between
you and RAKHIM.
To place an order and go through the order process:

Choose desired products and their specifications (size, colour, etc.);

On each separate product page, click “ADD TO CART”;

Click “VIEW CART” or the bag sign in the upper right corner of the page to open the basket;

Click “CHECKOUT”;

Verify the list of ordered products;

Fill in your contact details;

Choose a delivery method;

Choose a payment method;

Confirm your order by clicking “PLACE ORDER & PAY”.
Until you confirm your order by clicking “PLACE ORDER & PAY”, you can make changes regarding products, contact details for the delivery, delivery method, payment method. By clicking “PLACE ORDER & PAY”, the order is placed as indicated by you at this time.
Once the order has been paid, you’ll receive an e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the order, with the summary of your order.
Once the payment has been received and credited to our store, we start processing your order (please pay attention to the payment processing times – see SHIPPING section). After that, usually the confirmation of your order is immediate, if there are no confronting factors, such as technical problems during payment, internet connection problems, unavailability of the product, your data for delivery is incomplete or incorrect, the payment hasn’t been made or authorized, etc. Otherwise, you will receive an email from us regarding passing your order to the delivery, which is automatically work as the confirmation letter.
You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note, that sometimes we would need to provide technical maintenance on our website. In such moments there may occur difficulties in visiting the website. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the first business day following the day on which the order is placed.
You may cancel your order until you receive an email from us about your order being passed to the delivery. To cancel the order, you should immediately contact us via rakhim@rakhimatelier.com and inform about cancellation.
Please note that we only accept orders from private consumers, and you are not allowed to place orders for or on behalf of a business. We reserve the right to cancel, reject, prohibit or restrict orders for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.
SHIPPING
We ship our orders with UPS, DHL, Topparcel and InPost two days per week: every Monday and Thursday. After shipment, usually it takes between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive to you, depending on your location. However, you acknowledge that there may arise circumstances which we have no control over and which may cause delays in deliveries. We will inform you about such circumstances when/if we get information about them.

The delivery price depends on several factors, such as product size, delivery location and total order value. The free delivery is offered for all orders within Poland, orders of €300 and higher to all other European countries, and for orders of €600 and higher to USA and Canada.
We initiate the shipping once your order is paid by you and the funds are credited to our bank account in the selected payment system. Considering bank processing times, scheduled days for delivery and delivery time itself, usually it takes 5-10 days in total from your placing of your order to receiving it.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking number after the order has been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it will be delivered according to the carrier's delivery conditions.
Exact delivery options depend on your address and may include: pickup points, parcel lockers, courier delivery. Please note that the exact mode in your case is defined by the carrier and is not under our control. Thus we encourage you to be alert about e-mails from UPS, DHL, Topparcel or InPost - you will be informed about the mode by the carrier. Usually, if your order is being delivered to a pickup point or a parcel locker, it is delivered to the nearest one to your address. You will be informed of the pick-up point or a parcel locker by e-mail or text message at the time the parcel is ready for collection.
Upon receiving your order, you should carefully check the contents of the shipment, the condition of the packaging and of the ordered product. If any damage is detected, you should draw up a damage report in the presence of the delivering courier. If you receive your order at a pickup point or a parcel locker, you should contact us by e-mail: rakhim@rakhimatelier.com.
If you're absent during the delivery, the courier will try to contact you to arrange the next delivery attempt. Alternatively, your order may be passed to a pick-up point. Your order will be returned to us after two unsuccessful delivery attempts by courier, or after 4 days waiting in a pickup point or parcel locker (please check the information on the respective UPS, DHL, Topparcel or InPost website for your country and in the e-mails sent by UPS, DHL, Topparcel or InPost to you, as in some cases these terms may be different). If the order is returned to us, but you still want to have it, any new delivery will be paid by you.
Once the product has been delivered, and inspected by you, the risks associated with the product (including loss or destruction) become your burden.
PRICES
All the prices on this website are shown in Euro (EUR) and are gross.
The prices displayed on the Website are those that apply at the time of purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice. However, such changes do not affect orders which are already accepted.
Please be aware that in case you order shipping to a country that is not a member state of the EU, customs duties and taxes may be applied. They are imposed by the governments of these countries, and it is the liability of the customer to pay these duties and taxes.
Please pay attention that even though we do our best to avoid pricing errors, they still may occur due to technical reasons. In such case you will be contacted by email.

Please note that we cannot accept any payment methods apart from those specified above. If you try to pay by any other method, we will not be liable for your loss of payment or any other damages caused by your action.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 calendar days after the date of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us at rakhim@rakhimatelier.com, and we’ll guide you on the following steps. If you send your order back without requesting a return first, we can’t accept it as a return.
Please note that the 14 days time frame time applies not by writing us about your wish to return, but by the fact of sending your order back. That means that you should send your order back in terms of 14 days for it to qualify as a return. Therefore, we advise you to contact us as soon as you realize you want to return your order.
The product should be sent back unused, clean and unharmed, with all labels in place and the receipt of your purchase, in original package. Once we receive it back, we check the order, and if the aforementioned conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to refund you. If conditions are met, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. We will inform you if your return claim is accepted or not by e-mail. Usually it takes up to 14 days to process the refund after receiving the order back.
Please pay attention that the return delivery is paid by the customer. Also, if the product is sent back from a country, that is not the member state of the EU and thus customs duties and/or taxes are imposed on it upon arrival back to us, these duties and taxes are deducted from the sum to be refunded.
In case you receive a defective product, you will have the choice of returning it (in which case we will refund you). Alternatively, you may choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of your using of them are not accepted as defective. You also acknowledge that minor deviations (such as deviations in respect of the quality, size, color, finishing, etc. of products) are difficult and/or impossible to avoid and they cannot be considered a reason for price reduction.
Please note that the process of changing products is similar to returning. If you want to change the product you ordered for another one, you have to initiate a return and order a new product separately.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. After that we advise you to contact your bank and credit card company, as there is often processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rakhim@rakhimatelier.com.

WAITING LIST
If the product you want to buy is mentioned as ‘out of stock’, you can sign up for a service of notifying you when it is back in stock. To receive such notification you should provide your email on the page of the respective product. If there are several such products, you should sign up for waiting list for all of these products separately.
THIRD PARTY USAGE
This website is built on Wix platform. Payment and newsletter services are provided by Wix as well. You can visit Wix website to read about their policies (wix.com/about/terms-of-use).
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
All information on our website (including, but not limited to products and their characteristics, prices and services) is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to make such changes without notifying you. We also reserve the right, without prior notice and without justifying, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on this website. However, the color you will see will depend on many factors, including your monitor characteristics. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the real colors of the products.
In the case you ordered items that are actually out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your order.

All website content is the exclusive property of RAKHIM and its partners. The contents are protected by Polish and international copyright and trademark laws. All reproduction of this content, in full or in part, by any method requires prior written consent from RAKHIM.
SECURITY
We use Wix as the payment provider. Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
COMPLAINTS and DISPUTES

If it is impossible to settle the matter amicably, a common court shall be competent and have jurisdiction to settle disputes between you and us. Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these Terms and Conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on this website shall be governed by the laws of Poland.

We are not liable for any damages that come as a result of third parties use of our products. Neither we are liable for your improper use of any of our products. We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect information on this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do our best to guard our customers’ personal data and safety, although we cannot totally guarantee the security of information and payments transmitted online. Thus we are not liable for damages from the use of electronic means of interactions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for any content of internet sites that this website provides links to.
We accept no liability for claims arising from differences in descriptions, sizes, or colors of the product displayed on or purchased through this website.
We take measures to ensure that the website works properly. However, we cannot be responsible for business disruptions caused by Internet failures.
FINAL PROVISIONS
In any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the Competition and Consumer Protection Act of February 16, 2007.
In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is considered invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
